Common questions

Do you take a cut of bookings?

No. Charges go straight to your Stripe / Square / Shopify account. We don't sit in the money flow.

Can I export my customer list?

Yes — CSV at any time. The data is yours, including waiver PDFs.

Is the waiver legally binding?

Yes — ESIGN/UETA-compatible. Every signature gets a tamper-evident hash, IP + user-agent capture, and an archived PDF.

What's the catch with the marketing feature?

No catch. We require an explicit opt-in checkbox (TCPA / CAN-SPAM compliant) and you bring your own email/SMS provider so deliverability is yours, not pooled.
