No. 0% commission on every plan. Charges go straight to your own Stripe, Square, or Shopify account, and you pay the standard card fee any business pays. We're never in the money flow and we don't mark anything up.
Nothing breaks. You add a flat $15 per 1,000-booking top-up. It's never a per-booking cut, and we won't lock you out for a busy month the way capped tools do. If you're over most months, the next tier up usually costs less anyway.
"No booking fees" means we don't add a platform commission on top of your payments. Your processor still charges its usual ~2.6–2.9% + $0.30, the same as it would for any business. We just don't pile anything on top of that.
Yes. CSV whenever you want, waiver PDFs included. It's your data. Every marketing contact comes from an explicit, TCPA-compliant opt-in checkbox.
Yes. It's ESIGN/UETA-compatible. Every signature gets a tamper-evident hash chain, IP and device capture, and an archived PDF, and a parent can sign for their kids in the same flow.
