Unlimited waivers. A kiosk that runs on anything.

The waiver category meters you by volume and locks its kiosks to picky proprietary apps. Simplo Waivers is $19/mo, unmetered, and its kiosk is a web page.

The complaints, answered

What operators say about waiver software — and our answer

Themes pulled from Capterra, G2, and app-store reviews of the category leaders.

“The kiosk app won't install on my tablet.”

The loudest waiver-category complaint: Smartwaiver's kiosk app holds a 2.8★ rating largely because it refuses to run on tablets venues already own. Simplo's kiosk is a web page — if the tablet runs Chrome, it runs the kiosk: fullscreen, guest photo, license scan, PIN-locked, auto-reset. Nothing to install, nothing to be incompatible with.

“My bill jumps when we have a good month.”

Smartwaiver's tiers jump $55 → $155 as volume crosses 300 waivers; WaiverForever bills per-waiver usage on top of the subscription. Simplo waivers are unmetered — a packed Saturday costs the same $19 as a rainy Tuesday.

“Signed waivers are hard to find later.”

Reviewers call the incumbents' search and tracking clunky. Simplo's signed-waiver roster is live-searchable by name and email with segment filters (opted-in, expired, never booked), and every signature carries a verification hash and archived PDF.

“I can't prove who actually signed.”

No mainstream waiver tool verifies identity — they store a typed name. Simplo can require a government-ID scan matched to a live selfie before the waiver counts, and shows a ✓ Verified ID badge on the signature. That's a defensibility upgrade the category simply doesn't offer.
